I run a series of 3 different introduction to food fermenting and cheese making seminars, usually at the Albion Peace Centre in Windsor Brisbane, but also occasionally at locations throughout South East Queensland and sometimes beyond by special request.

Seminars are a great introduction to making your own fermented foods. Classes are with large groups of people capped at around 50 with as much action and participation of the audience wherever possible. Some basic online handouts are provided with the recipes and instructions for making your own at home.

Each intro seminar costs $25 per person inc. booking fee and e-handout.

Discounts available for multiple person bookings (2 people for $35, 4 people for $49)
