3 Hour Wild/Lactic Fermentation of Fruit & Veg Seminar
In this class you will experience fermented foods, drinks and sauces like Sauerkraut, Kimchi and Kombucha made from scratch and get downloadable seminar notes including instructions and recipes.
Seminars are a great introduction to making your own fermented foods. Classes are with larger groups of people capped at around 50 with as much action and participation of the audience wherever possible. Some basic online handouts are provided with the recipes and instructions for making your own at home.
$25 for one person, $35 for two people and $49 for four people.
