In this three hour dairy workshop learn how to make Feta cheese and turn pasteurised milk and cream back into living probiotic foods.
We will be making cultured butter, sample cultured buttermilk and also make ghee. Yoghurt, kefir and quark will also be covered as well as making sour cream.
Participation is by volunteers in making the feta and the cultured dairy products and tasting of topics covered on the day will be available.
Plenty of taste testing for everyone and e-handouts with all the recipes and instructions will be emailed to you.
Cheese Cultures, Home Cheese Making DVD and my ‘Ferment Your Way to Good Health’ book will be for sale after class.
