3 hour All Things Sourdough Workshop at the Rocky Creek Hall, Millmerran – More than just bread.

Do you have a gluten issue? – Are you told to avoid grains because of the gluten doing damage to your gut health?

Gluten is a tough protein to digest and over the years it can cause our gut wall to become inflamed and damaged creating a permeable or leaky gut.

Gluten can be a compromise for our health and this is why there are so many gluten free products on the market today.

So why not try your hand at making your own sourdough versions of bread, fruit loaf, cake, pasta, wraps, pizza base and crackers!

This three hour Sourdough workshop will create all these sourdough goodies with particpants volunteering to take the steps from A to Z.

Plenty of taste testing for everyone and e-handouts with all the recipes and instructions will be emailed to you.

Everyone will get their own sourdough to take home including some sourdough starter and new skills to last them a lifetime.
